There appears to be a disinformation scam to plant things which can be easily refuted. I'm sure you noticed the reference to the Donofrio case which was long ago rejected for full hearing.

Such disinformation methodology has Axelrod astroturfing written all over it. The obamanoid squad will try to make the issue so stinky that people will avoid it. Planting easily refuted and even disgusting crap is one way to accomplish that, giving the liars something to attack on credibility, burying the truth in an Axelrod layering of disinformation and outright lies, as usual.
