As far as the matter of the birth certificate you raised, Barry may have been adopted in Indonesia and it may be that an Indonesian adoption would be recognized by US law, but that doesn’t mean one should assume an “adoption order” was ever sent to the “clerk’s office” in Honolulu so as to change the person listed on his birth certificate as his father.
If they were all intending to continue living in Indonesia at the time of the adoption, it probably did not occur to anyone to formally send a legal notice to the state of Hawaii so as to change information on Barry’s birth certificate. And when Ann separated from Lolo and moved back to Hawaii, that would have been the last thing she would have done.
Didn’t Hussein say, possibly in Dreams, he found his BC and his adoption papers in a drawer?
You said — You have an excellent point and an excellent plan. The best states to try this in are ones with two R houses and and R Gov. I suspect it will be vetoed by most D govs even if passed, and that the D leaders will prevent votes or vote down these bills in chambers they control.

You know..., Oklahoma had the highest percentage of voters of any state in the United States to vote for the Republican ticket. And on top of that, they had every last single county in the state go for the Republican ticket, even the two large metro areas.
So, I was hoping that this particular legislative session would have passed that bill requiring this kind of documentation. It was put up but failed to pass. I’m hoping that it will pass on another try in the legislature, the next session, and when it can do some good with Obama.
I’m certainly not giving up on this idea...
#1 - birth certificates weren't issued until 1910 so naturally the constitution doesn't mention one.
#2 - you omit the section regarding presidential qualifications where the consitution does say...."shall have failed to qualify..."
#3 - Since something must be done to demonstrate having 'failed to qualify' there must be some elibility test somewhere. My reading of the constitution suggests the electoral college or Congress or both.
The real loophole is that there are no legal remedies for a partisan electoral college or congress that refuses to uphold the constitution. The founding fathers failed to forsee the modern party before country mentality that now exists. This is why its a constitutional crisis.
I know he said his BC but don’t know about adoption papers. So we need to see if his book says that.
Here is one analysis I saw on a site about of his school record. I don’t know what 3 b and C mean in english:
http://obamaimpeachment.files.wordpress.com/2008/10/boindsch2.jpg
“you pose the question whether he ever was adopted by Lolo Soetoro. Now the school record contains the entry Indonesia under (3 - a) warga negara (nationality). (3-b, 3-c) are blank, which indicates that Barry Soetoro was an Indonesian citizen at that time, given that Indonesia didnt allow for dual citizenship/nationalities he wasnt an American.
In order for an non-Indonesian minor to obtain Indonesian citizenship acknowledgement by an Indonesian citizen, Lolo Soetoro in this case, would not have sufficed.
Neither would it have been possible to obtain an Indonesian passport for time spend or classes followed.
Nevertheless as I have been an expat in Indonesia for some years I will doublecheck with an former Governmental contact in Jakarta.”

Yeah, sounds about right, and getting to the bottom line, it has to be fixed, and that’s going to either require a federal law, a state law or an amendment to the Constitution.
My take on all this is that the easiest and fastest way to get it done is by a state law (several states I would hope).
That’s why I’ve been urging this “solution” from right after the election, on this Free Republic forum...
Where's that list? I want to see if I'm on it.
But to who? Who is tasked with verifying the qualifications and signing off on them?
“Ironically, Obama mentions his birth certificate in passing on Page 26 of his 1995 memoir, Dreams of My Father. I discovered this article, folded away among my birth certificate and old vaccination forms, when I was in high school, he wrote.”

Nope. Divorced in 1980 and died in 1987. He remarried and had a couple of kids in the interim.
Well, that depends on how much civil unrest there will be because of it.
I don't know about the rest of you but if it can be demonstrated that a foreigner has usurped the office of POTUS I would take that the same way as I would an invasion or attack on my country. And woe be upon the force that would try to keep that foreigner in power. That is exactly the sort of thing the second ammendment is for.
I think the SCOTUS or the Congress or even the military, in the end would have no choice but to remove him.
I would think if Soetoro did adopt him that would be separate from his marriage to Ann Dunham and would not necessarily be reversed upon divorce.
I know of a case where a father adopted his wife’s daughter when they got married, years later they divorced, and he got custody of his daughter.
I’m curious about whether or not B.Hussein listed all of his aliases when he went to college, etc.
No, he said on Page 26 of Dreams of My Father, I discovered this article, folded away among my birth certificate and old vaccination forms, when I was in high school." Which opens up another whole can of worms. Vaccination records are not usually found with U.S. birth certificates but they ARE part of Kenyan birth certificates.
Did US kids back in the day get vaccination forms that might have been kept with his BC as part of his overall records?
As for the divorce decree, I am not sure that means he was formally adopted in the US or anywhere.
There is such a web of lies surrounding these people that they could have just called Obama his kid..since he went to an Indonesian school and that passed him off as his kid.
There may be no formal adoption anywhere..and it just being part and parcel of the lies.
I think he is so used to lying..and probably the same with his mother..that they can’t keep it all straight.
Shouldn’t you remember where you first met your wife? Why did Obamanazi get it wrong?
Does anyone know what the status is of the suit before Judge Carter in Santa Ana, CA? Is that still ongoing, or did the revoking of Major Cook’s orders affect it? I thought Orly, on behalf of Alan Keyes, was still going to have the opportunity to make her case before Judge Carter.
I feel like opening a can of worms here.
The eighth commandment says "Thou shall not bare false witness." As a Christian are we not required to put the best construction on all peoples actions. If we do not are we not just gossiping and slandering? The USA government legal system, established by God has so far made the following rulings:
OJ is innocent
Michael Jackson is not a child molester
Obama is a natural born US citizen.
Defense has 60 days to respond, now that they've finally been properly served by the plaintiff.
Has Obama himself admitted to the Kenyan Birth Certificate?
First, how long do you think he was over there? How many vaccinations could he have had in that time?
Second, there's not enough on your linked page to establish that the "Acknowledgment of Birth Notification" and the "Child Health Card" are the same document. It looks as though the dimensions are different.
Third, conceivably US public schools would want to see both documents so it wouldn't be strange if parents kept them together.
Can't speak for everyone else, but I was born in 1958 in Indiana. No where at anytime did any of my vaccination records get kept with my birth certificate. The bc was in a safe deposit box, the vaccination records were in a file at the docs office. Ditto with all 3 of my kids. If I needed vaccination info I called the doctor. If I needed a copy of their bc went to the safety deposit box.
