Does the President have to fill out paperwork and a w-2 (?) witholding form in order to get his paycheck?
Whenever I start a new job I have to do that, AND produce my birth certificate, SS card, and and drivers license.

I have never been asked to produce a birth certificate to apply for a job. I have never heard of such a requirement, unless the job involves an SSI government clearance which even Obama, as a US Senator or POTUS would not be required to obtain. Only people working on secret programs for the DOD are required to produce long form birth certificates, or other individuals working in highly classified areas of the government a civil servants or military personnel. Again, Presidents and Senators are not required to obtain such secret clearances and are waived of such background checks.
