Internal resistance begins in Honduras

MANAGUA, NICARAGUA -- While the second round of dialogue (regarding Honduras) ended without an accord in Costa Rica, the deposed president of Honduras, Manual Zelaya, announced he has begun organizing resistance to the new Honduran government after the failure of negotiations in San Joe, while the mediator of the crisis (Oscar Arias) asked for more time to avoid a civil war in Honduras.

"As of now, we have begun to do everything to organize the internal resistance so I can return to the county," Zelaya said in a press conference in Managua.

The former president made these declaration just hours after his delegation to the San Jose negotiations received a negative response from the representatives of Robeto Michletti, who were asked to accept the restitution of Zelaya to power, because they consider the request unconstitutional.

Well at least he's warning everybody what he's up to. With the help of Daniel Ortega and Chavez, he is organizing "internal opposition." Meanwhile, Oscar Arias is asking for more time.

“With the help of Daniel Ortega and Chavez, he is organizing “internal opposition.”

You forgot to mention Barack Obama ~ maybe that was implied?

There’s a good article by Mary Anastasia O’Grady posted on another thread (I’ll have to look for it). It asks why Obama is encouraging Chavez and his puppet Zelaya.

Zelaya is basically announcing his decision to infiltrate Honduras and stir up a civil war intended to overthrow its legitimate government, but I guess that’s cool with Arias and Obama.

Anyone stirring up trouble in Honduras on behalf of Zelaya should be summarily executed.

The sad part is that all this could have been avoided if they’d simply shot Zelaya when they deposed him.

So, the "peaceful" deposed leader begins the civil war.

Rule #1 in the unscheduled transfer of power: kill the former dictator.

And needless to say completely counter to Obama's fake goal of restoring democratic rule in the framework of a democratic process.

it’s official everybody, the US ambassador to honduras Hugo(???) Llorenz is putting pressure for the resittution of Zelaya even threatening to cancel US visas to some people.

And also the foreign ministry has cancelled visas to some Iranians and North Koreans that wanted to enter the country to a purpose that who knows.

That’s bad news. I thought maybe Hillary had had a glimmer of common sense yesterday, but I thought perhaps she was just stalling for time and they were going to come up with some other way of trying to force Honduras to reinstate Zelaya. That was exactly what they were doing.

I guess they realized that the blustering tactics they first used were getting them bad press, and now they’re going to try to achieve it more quietly when nobody’s looking. That’s how Herr Obama does everything.

and the new news are that Zelaya has said that is just waiting to set foot on Honduras to call the constituent assembly, using the process of “my word is law”, that requires no congress or supreme court, in fact he wants to dissolve them.

BTW Obamarx supports him...

also can anybody explain what is cap-n-treason?

and now the EU is trying choke us like Obamarx wants to do. But you know something, WE WILL KEEP OUR STANCE, THAT BASTARD IS NOT COMING TO POWER AGAIN. he portrays himself as a saint, but is more than the DEVIL.

Alejandro Peña Esclusa, pres of UnoAmerica warned us that this same situstion happened in Venezuela, and now they regret having let Chavez take power again.

I also warn you americans, Obamarx could try to block the few products we export to the US, please don’t let this happen, it would only tighten the rope around our necks!
