I’d emphasize the first two words in that sentence. This from a complaint in a civil suit.
Lawyer heaven.
It would be nice if the girl could collect from the D.A. instead of the taxpayers, up and until all his assets were done, then garnish his retirement, etc. before jailing him.
But we know that there was no prosecution, and we know that he wrote a letter saying that he would show the pictures around, and we know that he was indeed suspended for showing the pictures around.
