CONSTITUTIONAL RESTORATION

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE, PETITION AND DEMANDS

We, the People of these United States, who are the source of authority for the Federal Government and its very existence, do hereby petition and demand that all Federal officials, elected and appointed, review their Oaths of Office which they freely and solemnly swore to or affirmed, without mental reservation of purpose of evasion, to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic and bear true faith and allegiance to the same.

We petition and demand that these Federal officials, who are but agents of We, the People, all of whom have taken this oath, to cease and desist from any and all activities which contravene the clear and concise words of the Constitution, the supreme law of the Land, and the specific grant of authority to said officials from the People. We petition and demand that these officials to do and perform only the very limited activities of government enumerated within that same Constitution.

We, the People of these United States, therefore do hereby demand and require that all Federal Employees, elected or appointed, stand down from, and cease all activities which are not specifically authorized, within the Constitution as specified in the Tenth Amendment.

We hereby inform our agents of our intent to restore the Constitution to its rightful place as the supreme law of the land, either through their vote in accordance with these demands, or through our own vote and activities, reminding our agents of the circumstances whereby this nation was formed when the agents of the People of that day overstepped the bounds established by nature and nature's God. We solemnly inform all Federal officials that We, the People will see misfeasance, malfeasance, outright corruption and usurpation of the Constitution punished appropriately.

We, the undersigned People of the United States of America, do solemnly and firmly commit ourselves to Constitutional Restoration in these United States according to the sentiments, statements, petition, and demands enumerated herein. We pledge ourselves, our lives, our fortunes, our sacred honor, and our all to that endeavor, so help us God.

Good effort, shipmate. But it will be of no consequence. If a million signed on to your petition, exactly what influence would that have on the obama, reid, pelosi triad? None. They will ignore it like they have the passive TEA Parties of April 15th and July 4th that include hundreds of thousands of patriots.

Do you think they will read and think, "Gee, we were wrong and better back off our socialist agenda?". Of course not - they know they have control.

Here's the bottom line I have been saying for some time: YOU WANT CHANGE? THEN BE WILLING TO SIT DOWN AT THE VARIOUS TEA PARTIES AND MAKE THE POLICE PICK YOU UP (while surrending peacefully). Or chain yourselves together or chain yourselves to the Capitol steps. Are you getting the gist?

Real world publicity is everything. If we want to get noticed, it's time we use the same tactics the socialists have used for decades to their benefit.

Civil disobedience is our right. Interestingly, when you apply for "special event" with the DC police, the form even asks "civil disobedience?"...check box yes or no. Of course you don't check yes. Just do it.

I'm working with the SO to possibly show up at DC for the 9/12 event. If I can make it, I give you my word I will just sit down and dare the LEO's to pull me up. Once they do, I will not resist arrest, let them handcuff me, and spend the night in jail, which I believe to be a misdemeanor.

Think if HUNDREDS did the same thing. I posted phone numbers for the DC Police and the Park Police to inquire about such laws, regulations, and penalties. I got no response, while others on the thread threatened to bring weapons, or cardboard cut-outs of weapons, but no one responded to my suggestion, not even JR.

Petitions, protests, demonstrations will no longer get it done. Believe it!!! As I've been saying on my own Articles and in my Posts in other FR articles, it's time to take it to the next level.

Problem is, no one seems to be willing to go to jail for refusing to disburse. I am. I also swore I would bail out and pay the fines for 20 who do that. I no longer believe anyone is willing to make such a sacrifice.

Now I'm getting really pissed off. Do I really need to foresake my SO's family problems and get on a plane just to show you guys how it's done?

Why the heck can't you TEA Party folks line up a couple of pro bono (or paid) attorneys to get you out of jail ASAP for civil disobedience? So you're finger-printed and spend a few hours in a holding cell?

So what? It's not like the Fedgov can't find you anyway if they want, or like you're going to get "punked" in some holding cell that the police watch. Need I really spend all that money to go to DC and show you how to "stand up" or just "sit down"???

Look, boys and girls, I grew up on the streets of Los Angeles from the time I was 16. I spent many times in local and county jails for traffic warrants and other stupid youth stuff. That was for being a young clueless idiot. Now I'm willing to do the same for something important. Are you?

As I said, it is sort of a macrocosm of what happened at Klamath.

We had almost 30,000 people at a rally in the Spring that year, with all the glad handing politicians (even those who agreed with us) and nothing came of it.

It was not until a few dozen of us actually defied them, turned on the water, and then camped on the headgates and were dispersed by US Marshals, that things really started to happen...and then we had to maintain that civil disobedience vigil for months, surrounding the LEOs who they had sent to the headgates and literally harassing them and ultimately tresspassing their lines in large numbers before anything substanative happened.

In that case Karl Rove ultimately pointed out the political reality of the situation to Bush and they found a graceful way to relent after 911.

We will not be blessed this time with high level officials who want to find a way to relent...we will need hundreds and hundreds of thousands.
