You're right. She used to find a needle in the haystack every once in a while but for the past seven or eight years she's gone sort of Garbo on herself. It's almost as though she tries to write all of this "cutsie chit" that she thinks only she can understand. I'm cool with that. I always thought that her writing as sort of like printed elevator music. It's there, but you have to want to listen to it in order to hear it.
