You don’t say, perhaps they shoulda given him a medal? Wasn’t he some sort of Rambo x 2 character?

Pray for America

"More Obama forgery; this time from the baseball press box!"

The fix was in. The Obammunist was wearing a White Sox jacket.

I watched the tape and I'm not so sure I would call the crowd's response anything but tepid. It's easy to forget that only slightly more than half the people who bothered to vote last year voted for this man. And of those, quite a few did so out of guilt, others because he is of the same race and yet others because it seemed like the thing to do. In other words, even those who voted for him in many cases have moved on to other concerns in their lives.

I suspect the election of BO is going to be a lesson that's learned by America at great expense. Sadly though, that's frequently what it takes for a lesson to be learned if at all.

There is absolutely nothing positive about the presidency of BO to this point other than it might have salved the conscience of a nation weary of being accused of racism despite having done more than any nation in history to correct a wrong.

I would have expected a much more rousing response from a crowd of baseball fans when the POTUS took the field. It would be instructive to compare his reception last night with that given GWB on his last appearance at an All Star game, given that by that time Dubya had been subjected to nearly a decade of demonizing.

And did you notice the demeanor of the guy on the left in the golf cart. He wouldn't even look at Zero, even when he gave him a truly dead-fish handshake. Wow, talk about being a divider, especially by someone who crowed about being such a uniter!

Learning as a kid probably has a lot to do with it. I know that is true of language as well.

Just think about the difference in the father of President Bush and the father of Obama.

There's GHW Bush tossing the ball back and forth to his 2 or 3 year old son in the hot Texas sun.

And then there's Obama's "father"............where was he now? Kenya??

No wonder the boy can't throw.

But it IS germaine to Obama's being a phony.

There's far more to this pitch than just a pitch. It's about a pretender, a poseur, a facade, a wolf in sheep's clothing.

It's about hypocrisy and inability and audacious ego, and hatred for America and all it stands for.

There is great symbolism in this one lousy pitch, and in the contrast with the powerful pitching of President Bush. Great symbolism.

(btw, you'd better believe that both McCain and Dole could throw well before their injuries in defense of this nation that they love).

Actually he does have a point...there tend to be a lot of older gents honored this way. I’m not about to boo someone old enough to be my granddad who lands it in the dirt.

Now Bammy...my lord, I pitched better when I played softball!

And did you notice the demeanor of the guy on the left in the golf cart.

I just went back and watched it again, wow, you're right.

The guy didn't want to even give him the time of day let alone shake his hand.

Something is going to have to give soon!

Rush just spent his opening monologue on this and brought up several other points to emphasize why this is relevant.

He played a montage of MSM (including sports) claiming he got it to the plate and how it wasn't bad, and various other slobberings. Then he mentioned that the catcher (who's a first baseman) was actually standing on the plate and reached forward to scoop the ball up (and had family members there who said it bounced).

The camera angles were deliberate so that no one could see where it landed (most likely planned because his handlers knew he couldn't throw).

The whole thing was a set up and was reinforced by the leftist media.

Again, this is significant because it is symbolic of what a phony and pretender Obama is.

That is true. Bush also truly cared for the troops. Good guy in many ways.
