What a putz. It never makes sense to curtail peoples freedoms. Look at the primary reason crime is so high in Newark, is it gun ownership or lack of ownership for law abiding citizens? Only a dumbass would advocate taking the rights away from the people and turning them into snitches for monetary gain!
However, keep in mind that Newark, NJ is an urban sh!t-hole that is so reliably leftist in its politics that I wouldn't even consider it "America" in any sense. It is filled with people who have voluntarily ceded their God-given rights and responsibilities to a perpetual nanny-state.
