Notice what is said about the CDC.

I’m fortunate that I don’t have to worry about calories, but I realize that some people do.

I’m fortunate that I don’t have to worry about calories, but I realize that some people do.

Thankfully I don't either. I'm a certified bike-a-holic and routinely burn 4k to 7k calories per day. Some days it's impossible for me to consume the calories I've burned.

It is lots of fun trying though....

I’m glad that you have fun burning calories.

My problem is a bum thyroid. Also, a good metabolism is in my family’s genes.

In addition, I only eat until I’m not hungry (much less than most people).

The words “change behavior” startle me a little.
