I may be wrong here but isn’t it the job of Congress to do the peoples will? If 90% of the people want the “Don’t ask, don’t tell”, Congress should enforce it, not over ride the will of the people.
That’s the way I see it but it looks like some of our Reps want to listen to the 3% minority.
I’ll go ya one better than that,
hold a plebiscite among the serving millitary and let them decide.
