I guess that 32% who strongly approve represent core Democrat kool-aid-drinking voters who will probably never come around.

The rest are probably starting to experience buyer’s remorse. We hope.

this is interesting from the same page:

Just 27% of voters nationwide favor passage of a second economic stimulus package. Sixty percent (60%) are opposed.
Fifty-four percent (54%) say the average Democrat in Congress is more liberal than they are, while 36% believe the average Republican congressman is more conservative.

How’s that mandate working out for you, Mr. President?

Holy critical mass, Batman. Maybe there’s hope for this country yet. We need to pray without ceasing that the tide has been turned in time to stop cap-and-tax and the government healthcare hustle.

Barry is the proverbial dog that chases cars, then catches one and has no idea what to do with it now.

You can bet he will have a campaign style public appearance right away-- some place where he can hear some adoring fans-- he usually does when he 'ain't feelin no love' from polls.

This has to hurt 0b0z0, his thugs and his perverts in the MSM, who have daily orgies over how great their glorious leader is in their eyes.

This should be transmitted daily to every Sen. and Rep. but especially those Blue Lap Dogs and any elected official who were in very tight races. Conservtives should not run the same old compromised trash but rather real conservatives who understand the “Chicago Way” of compromising.

Why not a two part program - 1st, the Staples Center; and 2nd, at the Child Molester’s gravesite.

Also a recent Gallop Poll shows Obama approval rating dipping below 50 for the first time.

People are awakening out of their slumber slowly.

But alas, the msm will be there to lull them back to sleep.

Pssst! Over here!

“my wife said that she needed to buy a few things for the house but after I explained that we shouldn’t and we should hold onto our money for a bit then she was all for that.

Especially as my money is not going into bozo’s policies”

I couldn’t agree more. I’ve been hunkering down for quite some time now; saw the writing on the wall with President Bush’s FIRST stimulus stupidity in 2007-8.

Why on EARTH anyone thinks people with cash will put money into the market with a Socialist in the White House is beyond me. The market is contracting and it’s due to who is in the White House.

Some other things I’m doing:

*Big garage sale with like-minded girlfriends coming up; liquidating stuff we don’t need. See, normally we would DONATE these things to charity, but Charity begins at HOME from here on out...

*Closing my 401K account. I have other investments and the future sale of my farm to fall back on. I want a big cash slush fund in the event of some dire emergency; say, Civil War? LOL! I’ll take the tax hit this year when our income is lower, anyway, thanks to the Poser in Chief.

*Not purchasing anything new. I really need a car; I’m not buying a new one. I need new flooring int he kitchen; that’ll have to wait. Anything the house needs, I will find a way to do myself or pay someone cash for their trouble.

I can think of a ton of other things, but I won’t bore you. :)

What I like about this trend is that the more of Obama people see, the more they dislike him.

He was able to present a mirage during the campaign, but people are now seeing the real guy, and they don't like him.

He's been on TV ad nauseum, going around the country having absurd Town Meetings, and worshipped by the media, and his numbers are sinking.

With President Bush, the media knew that they had to hide him from the American people to force his poll numbers down because the more people saw, the more they liked. With Obama it's just the opposite. The more people see, the less they like.

I wonder what the media will do if and when they figure this out.
