Read it and weep, America. This is exactly the sort of top down management by government that The One envisions for America.

All you need do to see the validity of this statement is compare what Obama was saying exactly one year ago today with what he has done and says today.

He knows full well he has a very limited window of opportunity and he has to move a warp speed and full power to get as many of those things done as possible before his Obamatrons realize they've been taken.
