Appalling! This woman is a declared, overt racist, who belongs to racist organizations, has made racist statements and handed down racist decisions. Judge Pickering, who did not have a racist bone in his body, was falsely tarred as a racist by vermin like Schumer and Durbin. The Democrats are shameless and the Republicans cowards. Bit by bit, we are losing our country.

It SHOULD be so easy to discredit her. How many of her decisions have been overturned? And now another since she was nominated? There are lots of things wrong with her, but we should be able to derail her with this alone! Her decisions don’t STAND UP. The very body she is trying to join keeps overturning her.

However both recently ABA endorsed conservative Justices Alito and Roberts also got the ABA’s highest rating (well qualified) when they were nominated.

They got it right on Alito and Roberts, but I suspect they may have been intimidated by the impeccable credentials and records of both men. Very difficult--if not impossible--to find them "not qualified".

In Sotomayor's case, there are so many targets for an honest ABA assessment of "not qualified" that the mind boggles. But, hopelessly PC and liberal leaning, the ABA had no stomach for the truth.
