FOX News: "Everyone knows that people around the table are stealing, but they don't want to turn each other in if they're going to have to pay the full penalty," said Rep. Charles Rangel, chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee. Asked in an interview on MSNBC what he meant by stealing, the New York Democrat replied, "I mean stealing." Asked if he were referring to drug companies, he said, "I'm talking about pharmaceuticals, in the sense that they're now coming forward saying that they want to be able to fill that vacuum that's there."

It’s helpful in recognizing a thief if you are one, Charlie.

Charlie does not seem to be able to differentiate between someone being a “tax cheat” and a thief.
I am willing to bet the average American - who is not a member of Congress or on the President's Cabinet - could easily tell you the difference.
None.

Drug companies are "stealing"? Stealing what? From whom? Pharmaceutical companies create wonder drugs that did not exist before they took the risks to create them for the benefit of people in whom they do not have any financial interest, except in trade. Would it be all right, then, if they stopped producing life-saving medications? What the hell. No one is forcing them to be in business? Are they?
After all, the greedy sons of bitches actually insist on making a (OMG!!!) profit on the medications that they have researched, developed, tested and distributed in the face of endless regulation and official hostility from their own government.
Tell ya what, Senator: next time you need a life-saving drug - I hope Pfizer tells you to go f*** yourself instead. You'd probably just shake them down anyway.

I am not a racist and most definately not worried about being called one. The truth is the truth and if calling someone a racist helps those who would call one a racist feel better, than more power to them.
