Franken Declared Winner of Minnesota Senate Election, Giving Dems Filibuster-Proof Majority
After the Minnesota high court rejects a legal challenge from Norm Coleman, the Republican concedes to Democrat Al Franken in the state's Senate race.

Democrat Al Franken as the winner of the state's vacant Senate seat after the state's high court ruled that Republican challenger Norm Coleman had exhausted his options for appealing the result.
Coleman responded to the court ruling by conceding the election and wishing Franken well, ending an eight-month legal battle that directly affects the balance of power in the Senate.

Well, I have been to San Francisco...and it’s a beautiful but crazy/liberal city. There are protests daily. I know why there is a budget emergency there. No one actually works! They are all out on the street protesting one thing or the other! LOL!

Well, the Dems own it all, now! They can’t blame any legislation on the Repubs, though they’ll continue to try.
He DID fight it, to the tune of over a million dollars from the GOP. When the State Supreme Court made their decision, he decided not to fight anymore after that.
They will “try” to blame the R’s...and the weird part is that it will work because of the MSM always being on their side!
We just have to take back our country in 2010...PERIOD!
Which means that those idiot RINOS that have voted and been bribed to vote with the dems are going to see a lot of broken promises and welching from the communists in power.
Well, some find it too difficult and just MOVE to a red state for sanity's sake! ; )
