I think he has used that joke before. Is it a replay, is he on July 4th vacation?
Nope. He was talking about today's events. I heard him make two comments about the birth certificate, too. One was direct, the God joke. The other might have been about Obama being born in Taco, Texas. It seems there was another reference that he kind of mumbled, too.
