doesn;t at all.
Of course they use passages like a woman should save her beauty for her husband but is does not state they have to wear one
I personally have no problem with women who choose to dress modestly. But, in Islam, there is a strong element of coercion, and in some cases violence, that leads to women wearing burkas. It it tough to argue that their decision is wholly voluntary.
I think the solution here is for France to change its immigration policies and to take steps to make sure all French citiziens, including Muslim women, have the full protection of French law.
Not for now, maybe not for some time. We still try to stuff islam into the religious, 1st Amendment of our Constitution. I say BS. Islam is far and away a political and social system, maybe 1% religion.
It is hostile to our Constitution, traditions and every single thing that made the US what it is as opposed to the third world sh!tholes of Islam. If that is what we want, to allow a barbaric social system in religious drag to overwhelm a Christian people under secular government, then I say do it without my support.
Meanwhile, a man can be arrested on the spot for wearing a ski mask in any public place in FL.
Oh, and Christian religious T-Shirts are not allowed in FL high schools.
Our civilization is fragile. Government and Leftists are doing their best to destroy it.
Burkas are how Muslim men identify their slaves. It helps them keep their women under their thumbs and in their control. As a slave garment, it should be just as illegal as slavery.
Some people think female slavery is ok since it is a Muslim religious practice. I on the other hand get antsy when it looks like the government sanctions female slavery in the name of religious freedom.
BTW ever consider how easy Muslim terrorists could get away with terrorism if there were a style of dress that completely covered the face and body, completely concealing their identifies? Burkas perfectly fit the bill.
She lost that case. Religious freedom is not unlimited and can be limited for certain reasons. But it would probably be unconstitutional for the government in the US to ban the wearing of head scarves or burkas.
The general rule is that religous freedom requires a reasonably accomodation by government. What constitutes reasonable accomodation involves a lot of case law.
