Like all parents and grandparents, I wanted my children and grandchildren to be smarter, healthier, happier, freer and more prosperous than my generation. Your test scores have already shown that you are much smarter than I was, and your level of activity is an indication of your health. What worries me now is the prospect that you may not have the same freedoms and opportunities that I had. And for that, I take responsibility.

Much smarter? Better test scores? Ha ha ha! Kids today are NOT smarter than the kids of previous generations. Test scores mean nothing. The testing methods have been skewed towards the deficient minds of the test takers.
The school systems stink and they certainly are not going to get any better in the near future...students will only learn government propoganda.
The general population will be dumb, broke, and out of luck.
That is sweet.
