While President Barack Obama's health care plan is garnering plenty of media attention including two prominent spots on ABC, Fox News host Glenn Beck says the plan won't even help the poor get insurance.
Beck appeared on FNC's June 17 "Your World with Neil Cavuto" to promote his new book, "Glenn Beck's Common Sense: The Case Against an Out-of-Control Government, Inspired by Thomas Paine" and called into question the claim that Obama's health care proposals will actually assist the poor.
"Look, it doesn't even make sense," Beck said. "When you start to look at it, they're talking about savings, but their savings come from moving people from Medicaid over to universal health. We're also leaving, I think it's 33 or 39 million people off the roles. They - we're not even talking about people who are making less than $33,000."

The media is trying to help Obama pass this thing off as if there is GOOD in it. There is none. It is a disaster of indescribable proportions providing....
* The destruction of the world’s BEST health care system
* Generation of huge, unsustainable debt
* Radically increased (more) Obama taxation
* UNTOLD DEATHS caused by the lack of “approved” health care (visit the UK or Canada)
* Near-destruction of the medical industry and the health professions.
And all this to provide MORE power and control to a monolithic socialist government run by law-breaking radicals. I am waiting for someone to call this “HOPE AND CHANGE”.
Reminds me of the section in Atlas Shrugged where they find the town *not much of a spoiler warning!* where they had previously tried communism, and people stopped working hard and started having more babies just because. From fiction to reality if this gets passed.
No cure for cancer, no new drugs found, no real care from a faceless bureaucrat (just picture Obama every time you are told NO to treatment)_ Instead of Yes, We Can it will be NO YOU CAN’T, die would you.
