Another tunnel apparently dug by drug smugglers has been found beneath the U.S.-Mexico border in Nogales, Ariz.

Scioli said it’s the 63rd smuggling tunnel found beneath the border in the Nogales area since October 1995, and the 16th since last October.

How can this be? Diane Feinstein came to San Diego, about two years ago in a photo op, with the famous tunnel found here, and proclaimed that tunnels were illegal...I am not sure if she got legislation passed on the issue or not, but it made a good front page photo..

I don’t know if anyone else remembers this...but years before Desert Storm Saddam was digging tunnels in Iraq and Caterpiller sold Iraq much earth moving equipment.I saw a drawing of the tunnels he built and they were massive ...and then my memory is faded.Does anyone remember this?
