We all know, thanks to Al Gore and the monolithically united scientific community (/s), that Globull Warming causes an increase in severity and number of tropical storms. This article indicates that such storms prevent mammoth earthquakes. Ergo, Globull Warming a.k.a. Climate Change benefits mankind!
I doubt this. These seismic events are subduction related and take place often 30-100 miles deep. It’s difficult to see how they’d relate to meteorological events at the surface. Why do m=>8 event even occur then? This team is playing with statistics.
