I don’t see how the courts have any jurisdiction whatsoever. It’s an internal State Senate issue.

Didn’t see this one coming!! This should get very interesting to watch and see how long it takes for the NY GOP to resume their place as Donkey Party doormats.
On a side note, I am growing increasingly uncomfortable with the political elite class and the ease with which they switch parties at the drop of a hat. I suppose that when you have no core values, it’s easy. Me?? I could NEVER cross the aisle to become a leftist.

During the coup, Democrats fled the chamber, turned out the lights, and cut off the Internet feed of chamber proceedings, leaving Republicans and their two Democratic friends to take the vote in the dark.Typical. Cowardly rats scurrying away under the cover of darkness.
