Here is what the cap and trade bill says:
ROLE OF THE SECRETARY OF STATE- The Administrator may not distribute emission allowances to the government of another country or to an international organization or international fund unless the Secretary of State has concurred with such distribution.
It’s not just about the government trying to get people to ‘jump on the bandwagon’, its about the corruption in congress getting bigger and bigger. This bill unconstitutionally assigns authority to the secretary of state to act as congress giving away foreign aid, but without the oversight of congress and the check and balance of the citizens.
It assigns the control of any climate change regulations, standards or rules to the United Nations under the Bali Roadmap, both of which are mentioned, and the UN cited numerous numerous times as the authortiy these appointed bureaucrats should follow.
It is blatant outright constitution killing treason, but for some reason, no one talks about that. Rush should if he is going to be honest with his audience.
read the cap and trade bill. He’s not just destroying the economy, but with the help of Congress legislating enormous control over our economy and citizens to the United Nations. Read the bill, the UN is cited as authority over the Secty. of Energy and Secty. of state and assorted appointed ‘administrators’ 22 times.
