I always look down on women who cheat more than men. For example, Vitter is a sleazeball. But a woman cheating is so much worse.

However, the women who did not have sexual partners spent more time evaluating photos of men, demonstrating a greater interest in the photos. No such difference was found between men who had sexual partners and those who did not. The men were evaluating photos of women, I assume. ; )

I thought it was Ohio cheerleaders who had to be kept from grazing. Oh, wait, you said gazing.
To: Pharmboy
How many of them bit their lower lip while gazing at the photos? That’s the real indicator.

"which possibly suppresses their attention to and appraisal of alternative partners." So what about that old chestnut? ...then eating 'wedding cake' suppresses women's attention to and appraisal to all partners.

A study by neuroscientist Heather Rupp and her team found that a woman's partner status influenced her interest in the opposite sex. In the study¹, published in the March issue of Human Nature, women both with and without sexual partners showed little difference in their subjective ratings of photos of men when considering such measures as masculinity and attractiveness. However, the women who did not have sexual partners spent more time evaluating photos of men, demonstrating a greater interest in the photos. No such difference was found between men who had sexual partners and those who did not. Federal funding for validation of common sense is not demonstrative of smart thinking.

They looked at opposite sex faces? How about looking at the whole body? What a bogus study.
