-Smart Thermostats to keep indoor temperatures at a federally prescribed level.
-Plastic bags and paper bags. Bring your own when you food shop.
-Mandatory car pooling.
-Helmetless drivers in cars.
-Food animals that cause global warming and pollution.
-A tax on packaged foods.
