It is sad...but the markets are just now figuring out that WE CANNOT REPAY OUR DEBT, and the first place that’s showing up is in the dollar, which is accounting for most of the increase in gas prices.
But it will GET MUCH WORSE, apparently very soon. All I can say is that if you have cash, or even access to relatively low (and fixed) interest credit...by all means spend it now, while it still has some value. We’ll be lucky to to make it a year before everything we need skyrockets in price.
But we will also get our socialized healthcare, carbon caps, and now a VAT.

Why is that which is so obvious to most of us.... i.e. we can’t afford any of what zero is doing and it will lead to disaster...why is this not of interest to the MSM? If the MSM would complain then the useful idiots would start getting a clue. I think the MSM is making a mistake if they think they’ll ultimately be exempt from Zero’s iron rule.

AGREE!! However, when will the country be ready for the medicine? This includes:
1) Ending heavy regulation of business to allow them to excel, again.
2) Streamlining our tax system.
3) Stopping the printing of money and then taking the necessary steps to get the deficit under control and that we can even pay down the debt (eventually).
4) Cutting off Cap and Trade at the knees; same with Obama-care.
Etc...
