Again, define when they are ‘at work’?
When exactly are they subject to testing?
Who performs the testing?

Do you plan to modify the Constitution for this one little item since it is the House that sets conduct rules for the House and the Senate for the Senate?
Are you going to mandate certain rules they must now apply? If so it must be done Constitutionally.

Remember - the good people of America have previously elected people who were in JAIL at the time of their election - people who were sworn in upon their release.

But maybe we should just go back to prohibition.

And by the way that wasn’t really wine Jesus made at the wedding, and they were really drinking coolaid in the upper room...

Wow, you make it sound like I want to ban alcohol. Far from it.

What I do want to happen is for those elected so called leaders to be held responsible for their actions. Is that so hard for you to understand?

Oh, and what does this have to do about modifying the Constitution? NOTHING, ZER0, ZILCH, NADA.
