Somebody bought a crapload of 7.62x39. Those Russian factories turn it out by the shipload. It has been scarce for over a year now. Someone bought up enough to start a decent sized war.
I keep hearing that the permits required to bring it in are being held up.
Of course, this is only hearsay, and I would appreciate if someone could provide information to either verify or refute the rumor.
