I hate that they’ve appropriated the word “gay”, I unintentionally wince when the word is used in the old movies that I love. I will admit that my pet peeve is watching someone on the freeway toss their butts out the window onto the road instead of dirtying up the ashtrays in their cars.

I support, without qualification, the instant fine on those losers, on the spot. Same on any pedestrian who doesn't carry a personal ashtray. More honest than a blanket tax on everyone. Likely to raise more revenue, besides.

The young skank...I’m sorry, teenage girl who got herself knocked up and spends most of her time laying around, getting fat and hanging around with her friends playing loud music and being generally obnoxious drove off the other day leaving her Coke glass on the street.

I've got one of those next door. But she's in her mid-twenties, has two kids from different guys and drinks all day. Whenever I find a cigarette tossed on my property (lawn or backyard) from her or her friends, I collect all I can find on the block and grind them on her stairs with my shoe. Then her dad comes home and screams at her for the mess. Makes it worth doing the deed. When I find her beer bottles on my lawn, I smash them on their stairs. Animals like this require tough response.

As long as he's making up numbers, why doesn't he give the breakdown of the other 3/4 of the trash and impose taxes on each of these categories?

My city, state, county and federal governments spend at least 90% of what I send them on stuff I find bothersome and offensive.

I think I'll assess a government waste fee on them or just go John Galt.
