It's good to have Cheney defending the what he feels is the right things he and the George W. Bush administration did right to defend the nation after 9/11My only question would be where were these brass balls when the GOP party let the Democrats walk all over them for 8 years?

But, don’t think the Dems really began to gain traction till after 2005, the tipping point being the response to Katrina.
Til that time, Bush pretty much had them beaten down.

And my question is how we as conservatives allowed the left to box Dick Cheney into the role of Darth Vader? Name me one thing he has done deserving of this?
We, as conservatives, should have been, and should now, be out there defending Dick Cheney. For I agree, he is one of the ver few remaining conservatives who remain true to the principals Ronald Reagan showed us.
