My gray cells are foggy...what’s the link of India and bubba ...the scam? Where do I go look?
Enron spent a fortune on a project in India. Bubba was the facilitator. In the end India reneged on their part of the bag and that actually was the final loss that brought Enron down.
Bubba made several trips to India trying to get them to change their minds. To no avail.
