Public Schools have failed. Everyone tiptoes around the education issue. This is something that needs to be addressed, but where’s the OUTRAGE?
The issue here runs way deeper than public schools. It is the breakdown of the family that has caused this mess. It all started with LBJ’s great war on poverty which bred. Before that, the black family structure was as strong as those of whites.
