Benton J. Campbell, United States Attorney for the Eastern District of New York, announced that Israel Weingarten, of Monsey, New York, was sentenced to 30 years of imprisonment following his March 11, 2009 conviction after trial on five counts of transporting his daughter in foreign commerce for the purpose of sexually abusing her during the spring and summer of 1997. The sentencing proceeding was held today before United States District Judge John Gleeson at the federal courthouse in Brooklyn.
Mr. Campbell expressed his grateful appreciation to the Federal Bureau of Investigation for its commitment and unwavering efforts in the investigation and prosecution of this case, and to the United States Marshals Service for its assistance during the trial.
The government’s case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorneys Andrea Goldbarg and Rachel Nash.

This guy Weingarten sounds like a real sick individual, and it sounds like he is beginning to pay a price, though it is not anyway enough for the pain his family has suffered. Taking this and smearing folks who are not involved is gross and horrid.
The Kiryas Joel community has been in conflict with surrounding communities and it may have many issues that are concerning, but if you are going to discuss such, it is important to have facts and links to support your point.
Instead, you just made a baseless ignorant charge and said if it was wrong, whats the diff. Thats a piece of crap.
