Iam fairly well readbut this story is a mystery to me. Besides the horror of Ms Loyd’s death what caught my eye was her role as an “embedded anthropologist”

I have posted 2 or 3 articles pertaining to this previously. All were from my local paper, the latest article being May 5th. Don Ayala lived in New Orleans for the last four or five years so it has been some what of an interest down here. I'm glad he was let go.

Paula Loyd was an unarmed social scientist assigned to help soldiers relate to the local Afghan population. At least that's what the paper said. Hmmmm.....
