The youthful features of Saturn and its rings are not puzzling at all, considering they were hung in the heavens about 6,000 years ago by the direct action of a Creator.

Is this an example of the creation research that is being done? I guess I was under the impression (from you) that creation research involved science.

Creation research, in this case, appears to be more like 'Houston, we have a problem, let's research the answer in the Bible." And then, voila, the very first words "God created the heavens and earth."
