They just don't get it. If you legalize MJ and tax the hell out of it you will accomplish nothing, there will still be a healthy black market operation in order to get around the tax. They are taxing cigs in order to "get rid of them"(that is what they claim, we all know better), but instead they have people buying on the black market and they are losing revenue. So now Dumbo the clown who runs CA thinks legalizing MJ and taxing the crap out of it will increase revenue. He better think again, a black market is already in place for MJ and will continue to be in place if the legal stuff is taxed sky high they way it sounds as if Ahhhhnold wants to do.

These idiots don't know what cutting spending means, they just think the solution is more and more taxes to increase revenue for the hard working people who actually earn the money.
