I’m Hillary’s age too — obviously no ‘monthlies.’ But allergies, oh YES! Glad your abated after the ‘change’ but mine hit me hard at around 45, totally out of the blue, and have been with me seasonally ever since. From January through March of this year I was really uncomfortable with hayfever and other junk. Now that everything is blooming here in L.A., I’m fine again.

Tendency towards allergic rhinitis, etc., can be genetic. Every year my father suffered walnut fever and sneezed like a lunatic for over an hour every morning. Took some minor meds but no allergy shots. None for me, either. I guess I like to suffer...
