It seems like this case is different. It seems like the judge is at least going through t he motions to entertain Mario Appuzzo’s case. Mario’s case has be quietly moving along and may be a sleeper. Leo Donofrio had a meeting with Mario after he filed his case and they shared ideas.
Maybe the judges are starting to see how the left wants to go after the judge who worked with the Bush Admin on terrorism. The O Admin could go after any judge next with their “truth commissions.”
Maybe a few judges may decide The Constitution and the Republic actually mean something.
