Conspiracy alert.

The waiting may have something to do with the current outbreak of Maxiflu. Obama may be stalling in the hopes that the US is hit so hard by this new flu virus that Obama "has no choice: but to declare martial law.

BTW, remember those 500,000 plastic coffins stockpiled near Atlanta -- the home of the CDC? You don't suppose these were planned for this pandemic, now, do you??
