How well do you know your doctor? They’re not supposed to do prophylactic prescriptions. That doesn’t mean some won’t still do it.
Thankfully, I know him well. I read something this morning that said the CDC was suggesting prophylactic prescriptions for air travelers ... I might have seen it here.
