Five years later these photos are going to be released, conveniently on the heels of zero revealing interrogation techniques. I find this all too convenient, and a setup for President Bush’s officials and lawyers to be sued and/or arrested.
Just like they do it in totalitarian regimes.

Its probably better for Obama to not prosecute - he gets the upside of having exposed the torture and come clean about it (or at least that’s what people will think) but without the messy trial and questions about Democratic complicity.
