The checkpoints are bad because they are designed to catch someone doing something illegal, but might inadvertently catch someone doing something else that’s also illegal. With all due respect, WTF?!?

They just need to call it a “Drunk Driving” checkpoint and tell the ACLU to go get stuffed.
Maybe they will catch a few people with illegal licenses while they are at it and a few drunk drivers to boot.
