I like the original better. . .if we aren’t going to uphold that one. . .why would we uphold a new one?

XII — The trials of the members of Congress for the charge of Treason, (providing comfort or aid to the enemies of the United States). Of particular note: Murtha for the public slander and condemnation of members of our armed forces acting on orders in a war-zone BEFORE trials or even the completion of an investigation; Frank & Dodd, for being instrumental in destabilizing the economy (and even refusing to acknowledge their ON RECORD advocacy AGAINST regulation of Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae, which they themselves credit for the current “economic crisis”, and the congressmen who rushed a passing vote on the original “stimulus” package despite a 300:1 ratio of their constituents calling in to urge against a ‘yea’ vote.

Keep it handy. It’ll be needed.

...rights provided us by the Declaration of Independence...

The author needs to brush up a little on our founding, the concept of natural rights, the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. While I'm sure this is heartfelt, I stopped reading the moment I saw such colossal ignorance on display.

Abolish the Federal Reserve and reestablish the gold standard backing for each and every dollar. Banking institutions may not loan to the FedGov any monies or promises with any interest attached.

There shall be no laws, regulations, instructions, orders, or policies that "back-door" control the original constitutional freedoms intent to cause any effort or monetary exchange between any citizen to or with any other citizen , group, organization , or entity.

The House and Senate Master-at-Arms shall be appointed by the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Any House or Senate member that presents or supports any bill that does not meet the requirements of the oath of office to uphold the Constitution shall be just cause to initiate an immediate arrest on the floor and the beginning of trial proceedings for treason. Amendments to the constitution shall only come from the states legislatures from either constitutional convention attended by every state or super majority vote approved legislation in the required number states.

States that disapprove of any constitutional amendment shall have trial in the supreme court, which shall have the power to block the amendment process from reaching either the house or the senate until the grievance is completely redressed.

There's more but I have to get to work.

Instead of “abolishment”, use the word abolition.

...rights provided us by the Declaration of Independence...

This is a nearly universal error. Neither the Declaration nor the Constitution provide us with rights. The rights were ours pre-existing either document. These founding documents merely re-affirm what we declare to be ours by natural right. It is very important to understand this point and to be very careful about it. If you concede that rights derive from a document then you are essentially conceding that the government gives rights. A government which can give rights can also rights.

Again, the rights are ours from birth by virtue of divine providence, i.e., "endowed by our Creator". They are not granted by any government or document.

Whoops. A word went missing there.

"A government which can give rights can also rights."

should read

"A government which can give rights can also take rights."

Stick with the original. It makes the point just as well (save for replacing “King George” appropriately), and makes the point that WE are NOT the ones deviating from the core principles.
