BTW, I'm no expert in the "science" of estimating public crowds,
BUT I have been responsible, many times, for counting attendance at my church -- and I know "approximately" what a block of 150 people looks like.
I walked around the Green a number of times, taking pictures... and my unofficial estimate is that there were at least 1,000 to 1,200 people there -- possibly as many as 1,500 to 2,000.

Awesome pics! any idea if Morristown is planning a July 4th tea party? I think there’s 1 down in Middletown that day and we were thinking of heading down there to visit family and attend, but if Morristown is having 1 we may stay up here for that 1.
