Looks like Eyl is only a few hundred miles north of Obama’s birthplace.

Looks like a single night’s work for an AC-130.

Sure wouldn’t take much to get the point across.

Wonder where the captured ships are anchored?

It really brings back memories, looking at a Google of the traffice circle and the well worn routes we traveled on a daily basis. I think I’m going to be sick. Once upon a time, I breathed that air, and walked those streets. (armed, of course)

We should bomb Yemen.
For Heaven's sake, we should get the Saudi’s (Next Door) to do something about Yemen!

Somalia has no real government, but Yemen should also pay a price, as a government, for allowing any of this.

Yeah, I hope they got DNA from the dead ones. You know, so 0bama can sleep peacefully.

i wonder if Vietnam would have had a different outcome if it was mapped by Google and millions of American armchair generals and admirals had forums to discus everyday events.

With almost real time broadcasts of video, mapping, local detailed satellite imagery available its always my first thought that all sides are getting this information, some info of course is much better.

They’ve got lots of sand there; how about creating a glow-in-the-dark line of Pyrex tableware?

That looked like some rich guy’s compound, actually (well..., rich for that country, anyway...). It was interesting. The property had a wall all around it. And the wall was fairly well maintained, along with being painted, too. Then they had a little running creek through it, which had been routed and channeled through the property. And it was a shaded property with trees on it, along with various buildings

Even with such meager living conditions, though, we see that it’s not too difficult for them to collect millions of dollars in ransoms from those several other countries and shipping companies, who seemed to have been more than willing to go along with it, over the years...
