I’ve looked over the CBS site and don’t see anything about what you posted...the only breaking news being shown is Joe Biden greeting marines coming home from Iraq at Ft Bragg...

I doubt this is true. If Biden is at Fort Bragg, he's greeting soldiers coming home from Iraq. If he's greeting Marines in North Carolina, he would most likely be at Camp Lejeune greeting them.
