A law that took effect in Ohio Tuesday requires abortion clinics to post signs on patients' rights and allows limited access to clinic records.
The law also includes a mandatory jail term of up to a year for assaulting a pregnant woman, the Cincinnati Enquirer reported.
A lawsuit brought by the parents of a girl who had an abortion at Planned Parenthood in 2004 when she was 14 helped inspire the law and could be affected by it. The girl had been impregnated by her soccer coach, who was seven years her senior.
The Ohio state Supreme Court has asked lawyers for both the parents and Planned Parenthood to submit briefs on how the new law affects their arguments. The parents are seeking access to Planned Parenthood records for the past 10 years, saying they expect to find that the organization has a history of failing to report sexual abuse of underage girls.
The law allows limited access to clinic records for civil litigation. Lawyers for the parents say that it applies retroactively.
Proof of the lie that Planned Parenthood is a “pro-woman” organization. There exists a culture of corruption of CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY to coverup rape crimes by workers at PP.
They are PRO-rape because rape brings them business. They are PRO-rape because they do not seek charges against the rapists. They are PRO-rape because they help cover up the crime of rape and encourage the young victimized women to lie about the ordeal.
They are not pro-woman by any definition of such a term.

I was a construction laborer at the time and my wife was interrogated about the 'scratches' on her labia (my really beat up construction fingers).
That experience is what triggered our researching PP and ultimately rejecting them as any purposeful agency.
Needless to say I was just a little nervous about what could have happened to me for 'abusing' my wife.

Wow how did they manage to get this passed in OH, with a Demo governor? I can’t recall if the GOP still controls the legislature but I know they did have majorities in both houses for some time.
