Oh, gosh, you're right! I thought the black part was (rather unusual, but not bad) single piece with the white blouse, but it's that same dumb sweater that would be too small for my 5th-grader.
The sweater a size larger and the pencil skirt are actually good basic pieces. It’s a shame she has NO clue what pieces work well together and that blouse is wrong no matter what else you wear with it. This woman used to have an executive position. Seems she’d know what is appropriate by now.
It just struck me when I look at these pics of her wearing belts, it reminds me of some old guys who wear their belts & pants too high, instead of at the waistline.
