FRANCE'S first lady broke with protocol today as she held out a frosty hand to welcome Barack Obama.
Stunning Carla Bruni was business-like in her greeting — while her hubby treated Michelle Obama to a hug and Continental double kiss.
The former model gave pecks on both cheeks to Mrs Obama and other dignatories when the couple arrived in France.
But when it came to the dashing US President the beauty kept a noticeable distance.

Or maybe she doesn't find the clumsiness and rudeness of the Obammie-the-Commies endearing but finds it disrespectful, selfish (not taking the time to learn proper manners for dealing with OTHER CULTURES) and therefore selfish.
I can see her thinking, “Don't even think you're going to treat the cameras to a sloppy, frat-boy hug and kiss and slap on the derriere. You can shake my hand for the camera, no more.”
